If you want to know more about Jesus and find out about the many different people
he met, then this course is for you.

What is this Course?

Jesus met people from every walk of life—fishermen, widows, the suffering, and those cast aside by society. He looked beneath the surface, offering compassion without condemnation. Yet he also stood before rulers, scholars, and religious leaders, speaking truth with unwavering clarity.

His insight pierced pride and revealed potential. Some powerful figures quietly recognised him; others clung to status and resisted. Whether humble or high-ranking, each person faced the same choice: to open their heart to Jesus or turn away. His presence demanded a response - not just to his miracles, but to the transformative truth he carried. That choice still stands today.

Yes, there will be a live feed and you will be able to post questions for the presenters. However, we think the best experience will be by attending in person.

The classes are paced in such a way to make everyone feel comfortable. No one is ever put “on the spot”. The sessions cover a range of topics designed to appeal to a broad audience with varying degrees of understanding and knowledge.

Scarcely is the Bible read in today’s fast-paced lifestyles. We believe the Bible and what it teaches is right and good in directing our lives and families. In Christ’s day, the apostles spread the Gospel message and the commandments of God. We also feel compelled to make known to all who would listen the wonderful plan God has for the earth.

No. This course is absolutely free, and you will not be asked for a donation at any time.

No. This is an educational course in a classroom setting. The topic is about the Jesus and the people he met as revealed in the Bible. However, it is not intended to be a religious gathering. Nevertheless, because we are looking into God’s Word, each evening will begin with a brief prayer of thanks offered by one of the presenters.

Our hope is that the sessions will encourage you to read the Bible and learn about God, Jesus and its message. The course is run and funded by the Christadelphians in Worcester but our aim is to help you read the Bible for yourself.

Like any class environment, we suggest you dress casually and comfortably.

We want you to feel fully prepared without needing to bring anything! If you'd like, you can bring a smartphone or tablet to access your workbook or maybe use with a familiar Bible app. You're also welcome to bring a notepad for taking notes during the evening and your own Bible if you have one. Don't worry if you don't have any of these - printed copies of workbooks will be provided, and any references will be presented, so you can simply show up and enjoy the seminar!

he evenings will begin and end promptly. For the first evening we request you try to arrive 15 minutes early to confirm your registration. For subsequent evenings, please try to arrive a few minutes before the class start time. Refreshments will be available at that time, as well as at the end.
