Who is leading this project?
Eliza Kozman is a PhD student in the University College London (UCL) Department of Political Science where she investigates identity-based barriers to educational success.
Before starting her PhD, Eliza was a policy analyst for the Russell Group of Universities where she advised on issues relating to university admissions and managed a DfE-funded schools outreach programme. Prior to this, Eliza worked in science education policy with a particular focus on promoting research-based teaching. She holds an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London.
